After completing my studies in social work, I spent two decades in the business world, mainly as a manager. Throughout my career, I've gained extensive experience in coaching. I've discovered that I have a knack for helping others navigate through tough life questions, manage stress, and deal with uncertainty. As I engaged in more of these conversations, I found myself increasingly drawn to walking as a coaching method.
